Extreme anxiety over possible exposure

I made a horrible mistake about 8 days ago by having sexual contact with a csw. I am a male age 23 and i received unprotected oral sex and protected insertive vaginal sex with a female sex worker. I have read through this forum and others and realize that the risk of contracting HIV through receiving oral is very unlikely. Also, i deal realize that protected insertive vaginal sex is full proof as far as preventing HIV. The condom remained in tact throughout the entire act of sex but i am paranoid that it may have somehow had a small hole in it. As you can tell, i am going crazy about this incident and i cannot sleep whatsoever because of it. Someone please provide some reassurance

you had protected sex  no risk.

Oral sex,no risk.

Thats all i can say buds. Just relax, listen to the advice, calm down a little and let logic sort this out in your head.:-)

So after reading what dr.hhh stated and my case, would you consider me to have  high risk? I'm sorry if i sound a little paranoid but its because i am literally losing my mind over this

You have had your question answered by a HIV expert, their is little else we could add to that. Just read his post's and understand them

Paranoia and fear do not increase the risk or even make a risk. The facts stand up for themselves and thats the information you need to read and understand.
