Oral Exposure

I have already posted in the HIV-Prevention four and they have advised me I had no risk, but I received an unprotected ******** from a guy, mild fingering from him and we both masterbated together. After that we showered with soap and water and then spooned, I fear that I have contracted HIV and have had many symptoms. I have a chest rash currently that comes and goes and feels burny, I have had body aches, swollen glands, fatigue and muscle weakness so I am convinced that I have HIV. I have gone to a therapist about it and have talked with a couple of my nurse friends and they tell me not to worry but I cannot stop thinking about it. I do not know what to do. I am going to get tested at three months but I can't enjoy a day without thinking about it, I am convinced I have the disease and can no longer function.

There is no risk for HIV unless you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. You will be okay honey, just try to breathe. You had no risk for HIV
