I have big problem

I am 19 years old boy

few days ago I performed cunnilingus on women....

I asked CDC and they told me that is risk because vaginal fluid is infected .....

I cannot tell my mum I do not know what to do....

Well a study was on this. It had straight and gay couples where one of the couple had HIV.
The study was on 1500 ( their abouts ) and was carried over for a few years. Not one of the couples negative partner became HIV positive.
Im sure you have read the forums and see its no risk and many thousands have done the same as you and never once has anyone got HIV from this, you being the first ZERO. Lets not forget the other person is highly unlikley to have HIV in the first place..

Time to educate, grow up and move on..

Look, the odds she was HIV positive are minute.. To get HIV from that would need such extreme circumstances that are not worth pondering becuase you didnt encounter them.
