hiv through index fingertip open cut

I went to the bar last night. Some guy hit the wall and cut himself on his knuckles of his right hand, he handed to me the pool stick and my right hand was covered with blood around my thumb and my index fingertip. 2 days before that I cut my index fingertip. I had broken skin that I scratched on side of my thumb with no bleeding, with this guy's blood
and my index fingertip open cut had one rain drop on the cut(which I dont know if its open cut cause its 2 days after I cut it and i was no bleeding just some scab liquid, red rush around it and burning when I washed my hands or used sanithiser)
couple of minutes after it I washed my hands like 10 times in the bathroom with soap and how waterand I used sanithiser as well
If the gut have HIV or any disease virus can I get something from him?
what should I do? How should I act
Is there any risk of anything
Thank you
please expand for me the answer

No risk for HIV or anything else. Cuts begin to immediately seal themselves off from the inside through the clotting process, creating a barrier between the circulatory system and the outside. Also, HIV is generally only infectious in the environment inside the body.

You don't need to do anything as a result of this incident and should just forget about it. If you need additional information, I suggest that you search the HIV forums for "cut"- this has been discussed repeatedly.
