pleas help im only 24 i have a whole life ahead of me

hey dr.
i just have a question and i hope you can help me with this my anxiety is killing me. i am a male and i had unprotected intercourse with a unknown female for about 1-2 minutes unprotected. i put a condem on after i thought of the risk. but i had a std check at 1 month including a hiv test and everything was negative. at about 11 weeks i had severe diarrhea, muscle pain, loss of weight(8-10 lbs , could possibly have to do with worrying about hiv), and a rash on my face and shoulders for about a day. i had a hiv test at the end of 12 weeks and it was negative. about a month after i began having sex with my girlfriend of 7 years she came down with what the dr said was a viral syndrome. im freaking out and i believe i passed on hiv to my loving partner. also i have kinda a white tongue and stiff neck for a couple months.
please help me i need it.
thank you very much god bless

If you cannot accept your negative serostatus, then the next logical step is too seek a mental health professional. Please take up any continuing concerns with a mental health professional

As you were told you had a conclusive negative result. The tests are close to 100% accurate at 8 weeks; 12 weeks is absolutely solid. And unless your partner was an iv drug abuser the chance that she had HIV was extremely low to start with.

You obviously have an overinflated view of HIV risk - your risk before you even took the test was probably in the neighborhood of 1 in a million- certainly not worth the level of anxiety that you have expressed in your post.
