tested but still worry

i have been tested two times after  my window period ,result is neg (elissa test)
but still i have a fear that there might be a virus in my body which may show up one day

this feeling is making my life miserable , i cant concentrate on any work

plz your advices would really help me

Yeah the person at blood bank told me that if they find a rare blood group than they call again to keep in touch with that person
As far as my blood group is concern , yeah i know that my blood group is RARE but not very much i guess
let see what happens tommorow if it all goes all right than it might help to decrease my anxiety

The call from the Blood Bank may have been to remind you to donate again. When you make an initial donation, your info. goes on a Call-List.You will receive periodic calls trying to get you to donate again. Regarding your Negative HIV tests, if they were administered after the"Window Period" in the state/nation in which you reside, you are "CONCLUSIVELY NEGATIVE".

well my family is not educated about hiv and i dnt know ways how to educate them.

Actually the reason of my stress is I gave a blood donation at blood bank after two years of my exposure 1 week later i received a mysterious call from the blood bank unfortunately i couldnt figure it out why they called me because my mobile batteries went dead. I was afraid to to know my status at that time that is why i didnt call them
Today i call the blood bank truing to figure ot out what was in the report , They assured me tommorow they will look into their data to know my result.
Recently i have taken two tests which was negative ....Thanks GOD

So the reason of my stress is that mysterious phone call :(

Family always help.Be sure that they are educated about HIV. Thats my experience.

I think you should tell your family but make sure they are well educated about HIV. Once they also know that you are not infected they will surely help you!

I told my family and they helped me believe the experts on med help that I am no risk and told me it is just in my head and I don't have hiv! Family helps yeah they think I was stupid for what I did but they still love me. I learned you can tell family and they will love you DON'T tell friends they can turn on you I was verbally abused by an ex friend who calls me hivgirl and makes me cry.

well im not married nor did i have any girlfriend at the moment

Im totally dependent on my family .Im thinking to tell my family about the whole situation ,ofcourse they will get angry on me first but in the end they will try to help me ,to pull me out of this situation

what you say LIZZIE should i tell them ? or i deal with this issue alone ?

i dont know if this is the case with you or not...but i'd say that 90+ % of the posters here have cheated on a spouse or girlfriend and guilt is the thing that fuels their anxiety.

regardless...you did something that scared you ...but NOW it is over...in the past.  you have TWO CONCLUSIVE test results that PROVE that you did not become infected (even though you never had a risk to begin with).

if you cannot accept your status...seek the help of a mental health professional to help you deal with this issue.
