Hi expert, does dry cotton has the possibility to infect HIV?

if there is blood on a dry cotton and the dry cotton just pressed on my bleed eye of needle. is it possible to be infected?

There is a small risk that you may have contracted HIV from dried blood, however it is not considered HIGH RISK. I would suggest that you be HIV tested at your health department, local HIV Prevention Clinic, or doctor's office, in order to comfort and assure you.
