Help very worried

Hello doctor... My anxiety has been getting to me over and over... On October 25th in punjab india I made a dumb mistake of having sexual intercourse with a sex worker... Just some factual information... There was a odor from her vagina which caused me not to get fully erect... My hands or fingers most likely had some of her vaginal fluids on them... 1.) I kissed her only on her lips I have 2 holes where my molars used to be, could that have been a possible risk for transmission... 2.) I had shaved my testicals earlier that day could vaginal fluids have transmitted HIV through there?... And lastly and my main concern after I ejacualted in the condom I took it off... I did not wash my hands and may have had some vaginal fluid on my fingers... When I went to put my clothes on I noticed a small scab on my leg, I picked the scab which caused it to bleed... If I had vaginal fluids on my hand could they transmit HIV fluid through the scab? I got tested at 28 days the results were negative... What should I do?

The scab is irrelevant. Unless 1) she was HIV positive 2) you had copious vaginal fluids with a high viral load on your hands and 3) you made a very large cut by scratching you are not at risk at all.

Hello,

I don't think you need to do anything.

You used a condom and you've had a negative HIV test. Whatever the odour was, I've never "smelt" HIV.

Your fine. If you remain concerned then have another test - a 4th generation combined HIV 1 and 2 antibody plus p24 antigen or a modern third generation test.

Use a condom and you wont get HIV.

best regards, Sean
