First of all, the rash does not look like the typical maculo-papular rash associated with acute HIV sero-conversion. Therefore do not worry about it!
Having had all those negative tests is highly reassuring and I do not believe that you have been infected.
Assuming that the lady in question was positive, the risk for you is still quite low, less than 0.1% or less than 1 in 1,000.
