HIV testing

Hi,i am a man. I had sex with a woman about 4 months ago. That girl was a prostitute. She performed oral sex on me, and i penetrated her Vagina.
I came at Freedom health(london) to do a HIV RNA PCR test(about 10 days after having sex), i also had a HIV DUO test (about 27 days after having sex)..
Both tests were negative.
My question is:(i) Can i be 100% sure to be hiv negative?
Other question:
(ii) Can i have any STD by a girl masturbating me?( that is touching my genital parts)
(iii) After how much time can i test for genital herpes after having sex with somebody?
(iv) Is genital herpes lethal(deadly)? Does genital herpes has a cure?

As you are doctors, I wanted to ask you another question not regarding STDs..
Does the liver of a human body regenarates(improves) itself? Say for a person how has been drinking heavily?
if yes, How much time does it takes to improve itself.

A FEW DAYS IF YOU USE SPECIFIC DNA PCR SWABS FROM IDENTIFIABLE LESIONS - 12 WEEKS IF RELYING ON BLOOD TESTS AFTER AN EXPOSURE

YES IT MAY REGENERATE ITSELF BUT THE TIME FRAME AND THE DEGREE WILL DEPEND ON THE DEGREE OF INJURY TO THE LIVER

Will a HIV DUO test be conclusive after about say 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 or even like 150 days? Will it still be conclusive in all cases...? I hope that you understood my question... Thanks a lot in advance....

Hi. I did the HIV RNA PCR test at Freedom health in London. Does this test tests for Hepatitis C also? Is Hepatitis A,B and C very likely to transmit during unprotected vaginal test? Is Hepatitis A,B and C very likely to transmit during oral sex?
Say a woman that has Hepatitis performs oral sex ON me(i am a man), am i likely to get hepatitis?
If i did some vaccines for Hepatitis during my childhood, will i still get infected and get ill?
Can i test for Hepatitis A,B and C from a simple blood test at freedom health london(how much can it costs approximately?
