Worried about a Happy Ending Massage...

Good evening doctors. I have been suffering about something that happened to me last week and would appreciate your comments. I went for a massage one week ago which was done with my underwear on and the therapist was wearing her clothes during all the time. She massaged my entire body with a sort of lotion - that I do not know what it was. At the end, she asked me if I would like to be give a body massage (naked) and a hand job. I accepted both and them started my worries. She rubbed her body against mine with the same lotion and also performed on me a full hand job till I came. I also gave her a little masturbation and some small kisses as well. 6 days later I got a sort of flu with fever, body aches and headaches. The fever lasted one day only as well as the body and headaches. Is this could be ARS related? Was I at any risk for HIV and/or STD transmission?? It would too paranoid to think that she could has infected me during the massage with the lotion blended with blood?

tks for your time, Pedro

Tks for your answer doctor Jose. Understood regarding all HIV non existent risks. Ref STD, what would be the sympthoms of these deseases that you have mentioned? Should I be worried about them and get tested and/or treated for any or all of them? The body to body massage was light, nothing intense, with her rubbing her butt and breasts over my body (penis as well) for not for long time. Did not happen any penetration neither direct contact of my pênis to her vagina/anus/mouth.

Hello Pedro,
A situation like the one described would have not involved any risk of HIV infection at all whatsoever as there was no penetration.  Therefore no need to worry about HIV and no need to get tested.  However if there was genital rubbing, there might have been a potential risk of other common STIs, mainly like Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, or NSU.  The symptoms that you are experiencing have nothing to do with ARS, HIV or any other STD.
Best wishes,
Dr José
