going crazy

Dr. pls help. i just need some medical advice. ok about 2 1/2 yrs ago i had protected sex with an asian massage girl with unkown hiv status in L.A.. i took an ELISA and Western Blot 2 months later which was neg. then 3 months later i took a rapid hiv for a work injury which me and the other party was neg for everything. so dumb me i thought i was clear so iv had 4 protected oral sex, recieving, from the same types of girls. as far as i could tell the condom never broke or did i see any sores or bleeding from the girls mouths in all these encounters. they told me that they were clean, i guess...im going nuts right now cause my current gf that iv been with this whole time has just developed seborrheic dermitits on her scalp (looks like dandruff) and a little on her ears. she said she noticed it after she changed face washes. her skin is sensitive and she is highly allergic. her dermatologist said that this thing just happens and can effect anyone. is this a sign of hiv? should i go get tested? all this time we have never had any flu like symptoms, swollen glands, and i havnt had any type of rash. plus we have actually gained weight. whats should i do? is this serious or is this just guilt?

I think both dr sean and dr Hook have misread the point that your exposures were only protected oral (insertive)  and not any other activity. I was looking for Drs responses too for this type of exposure (protected insertive oral only without any penetrative sex) and i found many answers by both dr HHH & dr Hook that it is zero risk.
i was also searching for this and i found this hope you find it helpful

Thx for the input doc. Appreciate it. No everytime was protected with those girls. And she gets a regular checkup by her obgyn. Plus iv never had any other symptoms. So I don't need further testing then?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Good Morning

Thanks for the post.

No, this is not serious and I'm sure her dermatologist has everything nicely under control for her.

I think your heightened sensitivity to the prospect is the result of you feeling guilty.

Your HIV tests have established that you do not have HIV.

Having unprotected oral sex with others and then having unprotected sex with your girlfriend without her being aware does theoretically put her at risk of other STD's.

You may wish to think about that and get your self comprehensively tested after you have had sex with others and before you resume sexual activity with your girlfriend.

best regards, Sean
