Protected oral sex with transexual

Hello Doctor.
Just a quick question, please. I've had PROTECTED oral sex, both ways (fellatio both ways), with a transexual ser worker and got worried about HIV and STDs. It might sound weird the question but I need to get an answer from an expert.
Do I have to worry about anything? Do I need to get tested for anything? I'm married and going through terapy to help me stop doing things like that. I already got tested 3 times this year and all negative. That was the only episode to be considered risky.

Thank you very mych.

Hello

I'm sorry this has upset you so much.

You don't need to worry at all. Condoms are very very effective against the spread of sexually transmitted diseases especially HIV.

I understand you are unhappy and so on but disease wise you do not need to worry.

very best wishes, Sean

Forgot to say that the I gave and received fellatio for no more then 30 seconds...no ejacutation, but always PROTECTED with an intact condom.
I really regret it...I'm very upset.
