QUESTION ABOUT TESTING!

before i ask u my question, u must know that i am a person that always been having(paranoia about catching hiv) i dont do vi drugs, i always protect my self using condoms. i been having one patner for the last 2 years.
the hold thing start(me sharing a strow while doing coke, blood appear on the straw, we were 4 guys.i inmidiatly quit doing that. later on after 4 weeks, my lypms were solling. and is here when my paraonia took over me. i read online, about how infected blood can get into ur nouse mucose,(is a 0.1%risk teorical) but coud happen.
in my 6 weeks desperate to get test. i went to a place (for man that have sex with man)they only test gay people.(i am not gay) but this place is the only place that cares(insti rapid test).so basicly i lie. and took the test. coming neg. i walk out happy........but after a months right in december, is when all start over again.i have limphs pain, in jenuary a wiard sansation(lack of energy.dizznes,wiard sensation inside my body,like it vibrates inside me,i feel when i am laydown, is constant. i have muscle pain, i have headache,, then ,cause my paranoia, i was starting t dauding(the nurse from the gay clinic) if he r-used the lancet device(i know my toughts are insane dr!!!)
i test again ,this time, 12 weeks after the straw incident it was a combi ag/ab) and 6 weeks and half from the(rapid test"doub", the result came back neg!
and i repeat after 4 weeks again, the same combi ab.ag.
my questions is:
1- ab.ag combi test after 10.5 weeks is conclusive?
2-ab,ag after 21 days what about that?
3-in feb i have a rash(at the end of the day, it came in each arm, exlacly in the same spot it was very ictchy. next day it has almost gone no more itchy,next day was gone. , is ths looks like ARS ars?

No. You are HIV negative.

thanks for ur answer! defintly i am having something that dont go away, i stll feel not good,,i am having this wiard sensation in my body, plus i been trowing up last 3 days,(nausea feeling) i undertand can be other problem.
my last question is.

You are fine - you are not HIV positive from this incident.
From your post I think you had one INSTI test (negative) at 6 weeks (this would give you an accuracy of greater than 99% at 6 weeks); an HIV COMBI at 12 weeks (this would give you an accuracy of greater than 99.99% at this point); and a further HIV COMBI at 16 weeks (again this would give you as near to 100% as is possible with a test).
Your further questions do not seem to match up with the tests but to answer them directly:-
1) an HIV COMBI after 10.5 weeks is conclusive
2) an HIV COMBI at 21 days will give you an accuracy level of greater than 85%
3) the rash is irrelevant - you do not have HIV.
