Worried to death unprotect oral

Hi Dr.
I am a straight male in the late 20's and getting ready to get married after 6 weeks, I am living in a gulf country and yesterday I did a huge stupid mistake when I went out with some friends who arranged a bachelor party for me we had a private dancer who gave us a lap dance and then I went with her to my room, after we took our clothes off she turned out to be a ladyboy "that was my friends' surprise to me" I was shocked but do not know how we get into the point were I performed unprotected oral sex on her/him didn't last long and wasn't continious I'd say total of 3 or 4 minutes scattered over half an hour (the total time we stayed together) but involved bit of deep throating which didn't exceed half a minute & in between she/he was giving me handjob, no kissing, no anal were involved.
the ladyboy didn't ejaculate nor I tasted any precum in my mouth, after he gave me the handjob I took a shower and washed my mouth with a mouth wash against germs and bacteria, I asked him if he was clean and he assured that he/she was 100% clean and goes to checkup every 3 month.
I have been reading since yesterday on the internet about HIV transmission through unprotected oral & I am worried to death just to think that I may have been contracted HIV from this episode which will destroy my whole life, my questions are:

1- According to the above episode what are my chances contracting HIV? given that I have no bleeding in my mouth nor I noticed any open sores or chancers on the ladyboy penis nor he ejaculated in my mouth.

2- I have heard that saliva in mouth and throat may neutralize the virus, how far is this effective?

3- Is 19 days a good time frame to test to other STDs as Syphilis/Chalmedya/Gonorrohea?

4- Do I need to test for HIV according to the above exposure or just the STDs mentioned in point (3)

Please help me doctor I am worried to death and thinking of breaking up with my fiancee as I am afraid of contracting her HIV.
Thanks,

Hello

Part of the reason for your posts not being answered very quickly is the fact that you repeatedly posted - spammed - with additional questions. If you do that then we lose sight of the original question and there will be a delay.

You asked:-

1- According to the above episode what are my chances contracting HIV? given that I have no bleeding in my mouth nor I noticed any open sores or chancers on the ladyboy penis nor he ejaculated in my mouth.

I don't believe this represents a risk for you. Oral with ejaculation into your mouth may pose a threat but it is extremely unlikely.

2- I have heard that saliva in mouth and throat may neutralize the virus, how far is this effective?

You have heard correctly - this does seem to be the case. There are cases where someone sucking another who may be HIV positive may then become infected but these are very rare scenarios

3- Is 19 days a good time frame to test to other STDs as Syphilis/Chalmedya/Gonorrohea?

Chlamydia and gonorrhoea yes; syphilis no - you will need to wait for 28 days from the episode.

4- Do I need to test for HIV according to the above exposure or just the STDs mentioned in point (3)

Given that you are about to get married I would test for all the common STD's including HIV - even though I believe the risk on the basis of what you have said, to be small.

I hope taht is helpful.

best wishes, Sean

The Dr's are very busy and answer when they can. Of course older posts would be answered before yours...1st come 1st serve. Be patient and a Dr will answer you.

1.Also if you read what the Dr's on this site say...there is no real risk for HIV from oral sex. You may read it on other sites but here it is no risk based on several studies.

2. Saliva does have enzymes and proteins that deactivae the virus.

3. Chlamydia and gonorrhea yes...throat swab. Syphilis-6 weeks

4. In terms of risk...probably not. But everyone should test for HIV and STD's every 6 months to 1 year depending on sexual partners. Might be a good time to test just to make sure.

But again the Dr's will answer, just hope mine can give you some releif until the Dr's have the time to get back here.
