I do like the title says the duo test different weeks, 4,6,8 and 12 weeks.
Is that it is reliable and definitive whatever symptoms I have? (mild sore throat at the moment).

All your negative HIV Duo test results are final and fully conclusive. There is no doubt that you are HIV negative and I can confirm that your symptoms are totally unrelated.
