Dear Doctor
First of all thank you very much for this forum and for the time you take to help people understand better their risks. My question is as follow:
8th of October I went to a FKK in Germany and had an encounter with bulgarian girl. Oral sex and vaginal sex were protected but when moving from oral to vaginal sex the condom was like a little bit out (I have psoriasis). I handed the condom in place and had with this girl a vaginal sex for few minutes. I was worried about what happened because I was not sure that the condom was broken or fluid came inside. At the end I took out the condom and put it in the garbage (I haven't seen any brake)
3 weeks after I had an Abbott combi quick test with a Vidas test: Negative
4 weeks and 4 days after the exposure I had a new Abbott combi test: Negative
7 weeks after the exposure I changed the lab and had a Combi ECLIA test performed in Cobas automate: Negative
After this test I am suffering a flu with diarhea, slow fever, headaque, severe cough and I am worried that these symptoms can be primo infection symptoms. Can these symptoms appear after 6 weeks (I had a sore throat after 4 weeks without fever)
My tests are conclusive? Or Should I test again? Can I move forward and have unprotected sex with my wife?
I am sorry for all these questions
Thanks again
