STD, HIV High Risk Exposure. Very Scared
I live in Dubai, and had an encounter with a CSW, chinese (very dumb) where I know I had Oral Sex, I remember it (unprotected) but don't remember having sex (I am pretty sure I didn't, but I was very intoxicated). When I woke up the next morning there was a unused condom next to the bed opened, which leads me to believe I didn't have sex, else wise she would have used it I guess. Well below are the facts.
Facts:
1) Unprotected Oral with CSW
2) Symptoms appearing after 7 days.
2) Don't think I had penetrative sex (I remember the oral part)
3) Burning/tingling sensation on tip penis constantly, also when peeing. Pain varies during the day, but I feel it.
4) Pain in left and right groin area
5) Pain in the border line of my right chest muscle and under arm pit, only when I move up and down. Pain also under the left arm. I feel my lymph nodes, I can see they are there.
6) She did bring condoms which leads me to believe she must have been aware of STD risk worried about her safety too.
7) Found an unused condom the next day on right bed side table.
8) Pee color has been really really yellow since incident.
9) The day after the interaction I did have like 3 pimples on my scrotum and scratched them away. It bleed and now is healed. Nothing since.
a) Am I at great risk for STD?
b) If so, which ones (any anti biotics you can suggest to cure)
c) What are my odds of contracting HIV?
d) Are those also HIV Symptoms?
e) I live in Dubai, and cannot get tested as I will be put behind bars if anything comes positive. I will be in the USA, for christmas for good. Is that too long to wait to get treatment or tested?
f) Is my life in grave danger?
g) Is I did have sex with that CSW, I can assume she was positive right? And I would automatically have contracted it?
I am so scared, cannot sleep at night, or be productive during the day. Feel like I want to die.

Hey Doc. Thank you so much for the advice. I feel much better. I tell you this country is so weird. You can't get tested, but the meds are available. Anyways I took 4 pills of zithromax (azithromycin) 250 mg so 1 Gram. And I took 1 500 mg tablet of ciprobay which is the same as ciproflaxin. I am aware this treats gonorrhea. CEFTRIAXONE wasn't available, and I did some research online and heard CIPROBAY treats gonorrhea. Is 1 500 mg pill enough? Or should I take 2 more? Anyways I decided to go ahead and take them. I leave Dubai for good in December 22nd and will get a complete STD panel back in the U.S. I just hope I didn't catch Herpes or HIV. Thanks again and let me know if the doses I took are appropriate.

AS MENTIONED, YOU DID NOT PUT YOURSELF AT RISK OF HIV INFECTION. NO NEED TO BE TESTED. IN ANY CASE, YOU WOULD NEED TO WAIT AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS TO HAVE A RELIABLE HIV TEST RESULT. IT CAN CERTAINLY WAIT.

YOU CANNOT ASSUME ANYTHING. NOT ALL SEX WORKERS ARE HIV POSITIVE. IN FACT THE VAST MAJORITY ARE NEGATIVE. IF YOU HAD HAD UNPROTECTED PENETRATION AND SHE WAS HIV POSITIVE, THE RISK FOR YOU WOULD STILL BE RELATIVELY LOW. THIS IS ESTIMATED IN LESS THAN 0.1% OR 1 IN 1,000.
Therefore I do not think that you need to panic. I hope this helps.
