UNPROTECTED SEX WITH CSW

I had sex with a bar girl in Philippines 12 days ago we had unprotected oral sex I then had vaginal sex with her unprotected for 3 thrusts before I realised what I was doing was stupid and put a condom on.
Symptoms:
The same day I noticed some small red spots on the tip of my penis which only lasted an hour or so and I noticed a small rash on the top of my right lower arm consisting of about 5 small red spots. This lasted a day as it was gone the following day;
4 days later I woke up in the night with diarrhea and felt i had a fever and felt like vomiting but did not; The following day I felt very tired and wanted to sleep all day and have had diarrhea since;
5 days after sex i woke up with a mouth ulcer on the inside of my right cheek that was very painful that lasted 2 days, i have never had a mouth ulcer before;
6 days after sex I had very sore pain in the joint of my left arm that lasted 2 days;
7 days after sex my right shoulder and arm had a dull ache all day;
9 days after sex I still had continued diarrhea (always very watery) and had a blood test and my stool examined and was found to have the parasite amebiasis which the Dr prescribed me metronidazole which I have been taking 3x a day;
I also developed a slight cold with a slight sore throat that lasted only 1 day and a runny/ blocked nose that lasted 2 days The Dr prescribed me azithromycin as Dr could see some infection at the back of my throat;
11 days after sex my stool became solid again. I developed 3 red pimple like bumps on my upper chest. They are still there;
12 days after sex (today) I have noticed I have a very sore muscle / node to the lower left of my right nipple and 2 red spots have appeard at my right waist line; My stool also became very watery again today. I am also having pain in my groyne.
Ever since the initial diarrhea I have felt very lethargic and tired and just want to sleep all day.
The contnued appearance of symptoms is stressing me out so badly.

Dear Dr Jose,
I am 40 year male, i did unprotected sex with CSW last 8 month ago, last 3 weeks, i suffered weakness,tiredness, white patch on my mouth and throat. so, i am so scare and did at home with Rapid test kit show hiv 1 an 2 positive. i am anxious and then i went to famous private laboratory done HIV ELISA and HIV DUO Ultra test.
after 1 scaring night, result return that ELISA- Non reactive, DUO Ultra test- Negative (Ab- 0.08, Ag- 0.00)
1. it that mean i am not HIV?
2. different between rapid test at home and lab ELISA TEST?
3. both ELISA and HIV DUO ULTRAtest can detect HIV 1 and 2?
4. home test rapid test can be false positive?
5. should i do another tests?
i hope from you reply and comments of my result

Hello,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our forum.
I do not beleive that any of your sympotms are related to HIV sero-conversion as they started far too early.  Sero-conversion symptoms normally happen anytime between 2 and 6 weeks after the infection, not lasting more than 2 weeks.
Your sexual encounter was relatively low risk for you from the point of view of HIV infection.  However there is still a chance and you need to be tested.  You should have a full STD screening, including HIV at the correct window periods.
Best wishes,
Dr José

I also forgot to mention that I have had absolutely no appetite for the last 3 days and don't even feel like eating an apple. Even when I had giardia once and had constant diarrhea I still had an appetite...I am so worried Doctor...
