Mutual Masturbation, Testing

I am a gay man, and had two potential risks 3 months ago:

1) I was getting a massage and the gay male massage therapist took off his clothes, wiped his penis against my hand (with precum), and then ejaculated himself getting two drops of semen on my stomach.  I don't think I touched my own penis with any of his precum, and I know he didn't touch me below the waist.
2) I was in a steamroom at a gay gym.  A man sat next to me, asked me if I wanted to have some fun with a hot bottom, and then masturbated himself.  He touched my penis for about 10 seconds (I am uncircumsized), and I'm not sure if he had precum on his hands when he did so.

I had lots of symptoms after these unusual events for me (I don't have any sexual encounters outside of my long-term partner): night sweats from my neck and head, scalp abrasions, breakouts of acne on my face and back, daily loose stools, and some feeling of fullness under my arms and in my groin area.  All have gone away except for a few small painful spots on my back, some night sweating, and tiredness/lack of focus.

I live in the US, and had a DNA HIV antibody test at 7 weeks, and hiv-antibody tests at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 weeks -- all were negative.

Questions:
1) Did either of these two things put me at any risk for HIV or STD? (Can you get HIV from mutual masturbation or touching too)?
2) Should I consider my hiv antibody tests and DNA HIV tests conclusive, or do I need more testing? (In other words, do I have HIV or not)?
3) Should I get tested for any other STD from these events? (I had a syphillis and hep-B/hep-C test - all negative).
4) Can I resume sexual relations with my long term male partner without fear of anything?

Thank you for your excellent help.  It is appreciated, as are you!

Hello,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our forum.  Apologies for the delayed reply.
Here you have my answers to your queries:
1) Did either of these two things put me at any risk for HIV or STD? (Can you get HIV from mutual masturbation or touching too)?
NOT AT ALL.  NO RISK OF HIV AT ALL WHATSOEVER.

2) Should I consider my hiv antibody tests and DNA HIV tests conclusive, or do I need more testing? (In other words, do I have HIV or not)?
YOUR TESTS ARE FINAL AND FULLY CONCLUSIVE.  YOU ARE HIV NEGATIVE.

3) Should I get tested for any other STD from these events? (I had a syphillis and hep-B/hep-C test - all negative).
I DO NOT THINK SO AS NO BODY FLUID GOT INTO CONTACT WITH YOUR URETHRA.  IF THAT WAS THE CASE, THE ONLY TEST THAT YOU MIGHT REQUIRE WOULD BE A CHLAMYDIA/GONORRHOEA TEST, BUT EVEN THIS IS POSSIBLY NOT REQUIRED.

4) Can I resume sexual relations with my long term male partner without fear of anything?
YES, YOU CAN.

Best wishes,
Dr José

You DIDN'T exposed yourself to HIV, and therefore you can't have HIV.
Also HIV becomes highly unstable in external conditions.

No risk at all. Most people who contract HIV have unprotected anal/vaginal sex. Nobody has ever got HIV from mutual masterbation and you're not going to be the first.

HIV DNA testing at 12 weeks is 100% reliable so relax.

I cant imagine you contracting any other STD's from the events you have written.

Best wishes.
