I did answer this same question in my original reply - which I have repeated here for you:-
"You are HIV negative. The test you have had is conclusive.
The CDC does not recommend testing at 6 months as a routine - this is false. In fact the CDC states that the majority of people will have formed antibodies by 25 days post exposure suggesting that for the majority a modern third generation HIV 1 and 2 antibody test will be appropriate. In your case you had a 4th generation combined antibody / antigen test which is superior and was negative.
There is no risk to you at all of contracting HIV from the toilet seat.
You are fine and there is certainly no need to test again in respect of this episode"

I am very sorry doctor. Recently I had been stressed again about my test result. I want to ask that is the length of window period related to the generation of test? If so, why are some official source (like a university in Hong Kong, or some doctors on youtube) still recommend 6 months window period?
