Dear Doctors

i have posted something similar to this before, but i failed to put in all the information so Im posting again to be sure.

last friday night/saturday morning i had an experience with a transexual (male to female, so essentially a man) prostitute who was from thailand.

there are a couple of things im worried about.

I fondled/rubbed his anus (i didn't insert any fingers)

also i fondled his penis.

I'm sure this would normally be fine. unfortunately i had used a hand wash earlier in the day that i was illergic to. It had made my hands very dry and left lots of what look like tiny, tiny scabs. i would say they cover over 50% of the backs of my hands (it looks a little like eczema). There was never any bleeding, however when i run water over them they do tingle a little, and a few of the tiny openings did appear red shiny and a little moist and did sting the next day when i washed my hands, also in regards to one of the moist looking openings, the surrounding area went red and it stung when i washed my hands.

do you think i should get pep?

and/or be text for hiv?

I just wanted to add one more thing. I always see blood when i brush my teeth and the transexual and i deep kissed with tongues.

does this make any differrence to your answers. or still no need for pep or hiv test?

I'm sure you are/ will be fine.

I don't see any risk there at all.

I certainly don't think you need to obtain PEP - definitely not.

I can't see any medical reason for having an HIV test. I understand your concern regarding the cuts etc but it doesn't concern me. If you want to have an HIV test for reassurance purposes then obviously thats fair enough - but there is no medical reason to do so as there was no risk at all.
