You were not at risk of HIV and you did not need to test at the outset.
You can certainly consider your tests to be certain, not least because you were never exposed. With reference to the question regarding some sites claiming that you need to test at a six month interval, they are being highly over conservative and are out of date. A three month window for an HIV 1 and 2 antibody test is more than sufficient. In fact most 3rd generation HIV 1 and 2 tests will give greater than 99% accuracy at 6 weeks.
Certainly you should stop worrying. You shouldn't have worried in the first place.
