vagina fluid, hand/genital and wound on penis

Dear Doctor,
I visited an escort last Thursday(26/07/12). We used condom for vagina sex. But before sex, she used her fingers to apply lubricant on her genital area. She also touched her own genital area a few times during sex. After having sex for a while, she removed the condom and used her hands to wank my penis. She also gave me quite a lot of oral sex without protection. Today (29/07/12) when I was taking shower, I noticed there are a few minor wounds at the joint of the glans and the shaft. I think they are probably due to the wanking by the escort because it was quite vigorous. Because she used her hands to touch her genital area, it is pretty certain that her vagina fluid has contacted these wounds, which really worries me. And also these wounds are exposed to her saliva, but I assume this is probably not a big issue. So doctor, what kind of risk of getting HIV did I expose to? Do I need to take any tests? Many thanks.

Hello,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our forum.
I do not believe that there was any real risk of HIV infection, even if some infected fluids might have come into contact with your penis during the masturbation.  Receiving oral sex would have not posed any HIV risk to you either as the saliva neutralises the virus.
In summary I do not believe that you put yourself at risk of HIV infection and the only justification for you to get tested would be for your peace of mind.
Best wishes,
Dr José

Thank you very much for your answer.
Just to confirm, do you agree that even if the vaginal fluid contacted the minor trauma on the penis during masturbation, i am still under no real risk? I look forward to you answer.
