How to reduce a viral load without taking ARV treatment

My vral load is 17,000 and my CD4 count is 116, just want to know if its possible to reduce the viral load using the immune boosters. If not possible which other alternatives are there to reduce the viral lioad without ARV treatment.
I have heard people talking about exercise but not sure if that will boost the immune system and still leave the viral load up

There are many ways to boost your immune system, but the only proven way to reduce the viral load is with ART.  Since your CD4 count is this low, I suggest you start ASAP, don't wait until you end up in the ER.

A generally healthy lifestyle will be good for your immune system - you know, good diet, vitamins, exercise etc.  This benefits everyone, and is probably especially important for compromised people such as yourself.  I wish you all the best.

You probably should be posting in the "Living With HIV" forum. The only way to boost your immune system is ARV drugs. I hope that you are also taking antibiotics.
