advice for better health

last week i found out that I'm positive.. I'm steel fighting with that fact.. probably it will take a time.. my CD4's count 412. today i bought "spirulina" and I started to use it. Can this help to my health condition (increase count of CD4 or decrease viral load), or nothing can improve my health condition but hiv medication?

been positive since 1988, maybe even earlier, didnt start on meds till 2007. Norvir, truvada and reyataz are my friends.  My cd4 is 700 and viral load is undetectable. very fortunate to have meds at my disposal.  I would advise folks who are positice, please take your meds.  your quality of life will greatly improve, mine did

Write your questions down and take them with you when you go into your appointment so you don't forget to ask.
