Neck nodes painful after a non reactive result 35 days post exp.

Dear all,
After a possible exposure, I did a rapid ab finger pick test that was negative at 25 days. Paranoia and anxiety kicked in and I did a 4th generation test at labcorps around 35 days post exposure and result was non reactive...all happy and thankful. BUT 50 days or I start having neck pain and a swollen lymph node and feel pain and lumps near carotid and below jaw and throat. I don't understand what's going on. Can someone please shed some light.
Many said 4th gen. test are conclusive 28 days n up...should I just stfu and move on. I'm going crazy.
love you all

nope. no treatment as viral infections don't get any...it will resolve he said but still hasnt...so I know symptoms don't mean much but lymphadenopathy in the neck and jaw angle got me worried so much...it's the first I have nodes acting up...and that it happend after my exposure, you can't imagine the panic attacks I've had. I've cried myself for hours till sleeping.

They have no relationship as you know, but it can be frightening to be sick or in pain so try to find some way to relax more until it passes.

ok cool thanks. I have been previously diagnosed with post nasal drip maybe it's causing all the neck swelling...but my e.n.t dr. did diagnose a swollen left node under left jaw and he said it due to an Un noticed viral in fection which freaked me out. ...but many regions hurt...as long as my 4th duo test was negative at 35 days ...all should be fine. time to move on . thank you for you're time aND patience.

He said it was a viral infection so is treating you? At least you know now that it isn't HIV, so best of luck finishing off this infection.

oh sorry. I was having anal sex with a female with protection but when I pulled out after ejeculating I saw that the condom had been broken. but not broken from the start because i pulled out befire that it was intqct.she claimed that she had no stds and that it wasn't broken because no cum came out when she washed up!

I can't follow your post. Did you have protected anal?
ok. I was using a condom. in the middle of the act to change position the condom was intact...at the end of the act that lasted about 5 to 10 minutes and when I was done...I pulled out and I noticed the condom had broken somewhere in the middle ot near end of the act.
so yes I was using protection but the condom broke near end.
sorry about the confusion.
Ok, got it.  Your condom broke so you had a potential risk but the 4th gen proved you didn't contract HIV. End of  potential risk, so time to move on.

You have no medical training and sore necks don't cause HIV so your self-diagnosis of HIV is incorrect - as would be expected.
It is not surprising that an untrained person would be unable to diagnose a medical problem - there is also a high % possibility that the issues are in your head but if not, your doctor is the go to person for diagnosis since neither you nor we can do that.
