does use of pep multiple times reduce its effectiveness?

I have used pep 4 separate time over the past 6 years. I am currently on pep (this is this 4th time) and the most recent time before now was one year ago.

If I may ask, why are you currently on PEP. Do you contemplate an HIV risk?

No, but it's quite hard on your body.  If you're finding yourself in legitimate HIV risk situations frequently, you should discuss prevention measures and possibly PrEP with your doctor.  If you're simply taking it out of fear, in no-risk or extremely limited risk situations, you should stop doing so and address your fears.
