1 hour old tender,pink,non-bleeding wound = open/closed wound? HIV risk?

Thank you admins, I really appreciate the amount of information and assurance you are imparting here. I am trying to get over my worries while my mind sticks to other with loads of guilt.

I want to ask your opinion/information about what is considered as open vs closed wound in terms of HIV transmission medically? An hour old wound with top layer of skin peeled off, which is tender and pink but not bleeding, is it considered an open wound and susceptible to HIV transmission?

The concern I have is,
-Around 1 hour after biting the skin around fingernail (while not bleeding but pink tender skin visible) I made the mistake of fingering a CSW.
-Also as I get calluses on hands after pull ups which I press and trim with nail clipper many times leaving tender pink wound there. And I was doing it during that day.

If vaginal/anal secretions of a HIV prone CSW touch these wounds will it lead to HIV transmission?

This is giving me chills down the spine since 3 days my appetite and sleep are lost. (The incident happened 3 days before). Please help me with your advise.

The only way you are at risk from open wounds is if you had blood to blood contact from gaping open wounds from a car accident type trauma.Thats all.

Actually the information is different at many places. I wanted to know from the informed guys here about the definition of open vs closed wound. And possibility of exposure through an hour old non bleeding tender wound. I didn't indulged in Sex only frotting and I read the information from posts that it is non risk behavior. I want to get the information about the type of wounds so that it help me and possibly others also calm down. Thank you for reply.
