1 second exposure

Hi i am from Mississauga Canada. I had sex with sex worker it was protected with condom and we had sex two times. In last when i ejaculated she put her hand to take the condom in her hand, the condom were in her hand and i pulled out and the condom slipped off and then she washed her self and said to me that you were already out when condom slipped and i doubt it was 1 second exposure.

I am too much afraid and after 2 days staring burbs, acidity and gas and i start taking esomeprazole after few days i had loose stools which are continuing up till now today its 16  day. On like 13th day i got viral throat infection which looks fixed today.

Also doctor put me on InderalĀ® (propranolol) to control anxiety. Last night i wake up with a little sweat on my legs.

Please reply what shall i do and how much risk i am on?
