But I have lost 5 kg in a month and I had symptoms like loss of appeptie ,tiredness in body for last 5 weeks, blurred vision

You do not have HIV, your risk never existed, therefore your test will always come Negative. Seek professional medical help to get out of HIV phobia. Never judge your infection from the symptoms, they do not mean much and often confusing and misleading.

Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.

Thanks for the help I wish I would have never done tht it has changed my life for the past 3 months in a way it’s good but it has scared me a lot. What kind of doctor do I need to consult as u said professional medical help.
If you can't accept the advice and relax, then see your doc or a therapist because it is HIV phobia, a mental health issue. If you can relax then you don't need to see anyone.
