19 y/o with HIV symptoms...

Hello, I'm going to try and be as brief as possible. Here are my symptoms that have been ongoing for about a month now:

-swollen lymph nodes in the neck, on and off I believe (I've tried not to mess with them)
-groin pain on my right side..which i believe may be because of swollen nodes (again, I do not want to mess with it)
-I've had these very brief muscle aches and pains...that last no more than sixty seconds...it occurs anywhere on the body
-my left leg, around the ankle, was very achy when i would down on it (going down the stairs, etc)
-joint pain, especially in my fingers, knees, and elbows. they usually dont ache (again, very short pains) until after i use them..for example crossing my legs (only right left aches), but today i was running at the gym and my left knee began to ache. same for my fingers
-my upper abdomen has been aching slightly too..
-diarrhea/loose stools (a couple of times they were foul smelling)
-scabs/acne that wont heal or go away (small ones on my hands/wrists), certain pimples on my face have not cleared up as quickly as usual, despite face wash
-stiff neck pain, muscle ache in neck
-chest pains (on the heart side) these are also brief

could there be an explanation for all of these? i usually would not assume all are related, but the muscle aches and joint pains are very new and i cannot recall experiencing such an issue. My questions are:
-is there an explanation? or are they likely all unrelated?
-could this be HIV related? (if so, how late in the HIV stages would these symptoms come about)

These are the only HIV risks I've had:
-performing unprotected oral on a man, did not ejaculate in my mouth but i did swallow precum. this was near a year and a half ago
-a man rubbed his penis on my anus...i have a history of (undiagnosed) anal fissues, i see bright red blood on the toilet paper when i wipe to hard...i'm afraid his semen may have come into contact with my fissure (this was about 5-6 weeks ago

How can you be so sure? I failed to mention that I was having dental work at the time; just teeth fillings though. And precum entering a possibly open wound can successfully transmit HIV.
