2_Stupid_HIV_Incidents

Hi Doctors, and experts,

I'm living in Thailand, I did 2 stupid thing please help me assess the risks.
Last month I did something stupid 2 times, I think I lost my logical thinking for a moment from stresses.

1st Incident,
1st April 2022, I had a protected sex with CSW, it lasted about 10 mins and I think comdo was intact thoughtout the session. After that I got tested 4th generation test(CMIA) 21th april, and 28th april after the potential exposure, all of them came back negative. Could I move on from this event?

2nd Incident,
22th April 2022, I visted a pretty spa in Bangkok. She gave me protected oral sex, however her saliva was on a condom and she also poured some amount of lubricant on that too. She used her breast to masturbate me so her saliva was presented on her breast after that about 5 mins(not immediately, no direct contact) I suck her **** I might have had mouth ulcer or bleeding gum on that day. For this event I haven't got tested, please help me.
Do I need get tested for 2nd event?

I appreciate your advice

I agree that nothing you mention is a risk for HIV.  Unless you have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles, you won't get hiv.

This is an hiv forum. You should go to the std or hsv forum if you have questions.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (mouth, saliva, hands, body, etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
You can't have hiv so any test was and will be a waste of time. You can't get hiv when you use a condom and if a condom fails it rips down the seam and hangs so that didn't happen.
None of these incidents was stupid because you can do them any day and be safe.
Dear AnxiousNoMore,

Good morning by the way, it might be morning in the U.S. In here Thailand I feel relieved in the middle night.
It kept me awake for awhile, life is hard sometimes.

Is it possible for me to ask you another question?
Could you suggest for other STD for these events, so I could be aware my symtom, and I dont want to spread it?

Thank you in advanced, sir
Thank you sir.
