2 scenarios , please guide on both

1. I got myself checked in london   for hiv duo test on the 33rd day from possible exposure  . The test came out negative (thankgod) but the doctor took blood from my hand with a needle , which I am not really sure if was new or old . Before the piercing the needle was lying on the table for at least 15 min as me and the doctor spoke. But I fear since it was a hiv speciality clinique some one must have used tht needle before me , I mean some one positive . As most ppl who come there are positive. Is there any chance of an infection , keeping in mind that the needle was idle for 15 min. Thanks
i also observed tht there was a blood clought on my hand which last even just now as its been 6 days for the test, the blood clought has spread through the viens. does this indicate something. am i infected
Please relief me from this thought.
2. yesterday i went to a whoar house where she gave me a blow job and sucked me with a condom on, after which she gave me a hand job while the condom was on. then i wiped my dick which had a condom on with a towel and a wet tissue. After this I removed the condom. the bubble on the condom was still intact as i guess the condom did not break or anything.
Later i realised that there was some stick substance on my penis after the condom had been removed. could it be her saliva or something which reached my penis head of my uncircumsized dick? is this a risk.
please assess my 2 secnarios.
many many thanks
