3 months is enough?

Once someone has a possible exposure to hiv and they have a negative test at 3 months can they truly move on with there lives and not test positive lets say a year later without having any exposures in between. Im scared that if i test negative at 3 months and i test again at 6 months it will be positive. Is there any proof as to why this is possible or is not possible. I have read that the hiv virus can lay dormant for years would that mean it wont be detectable via a hiv test, i just want to finally move on and just forget everything about hiv and just hope that in a few years i wont become deathly sick and they test me and it is positive for hiv even though i tested negative at 3 months or that i have to live in fear knowing that hiv will become inactive anytime in my life after a 3 month negative. thanks

i guess what my main questions are

1)if infected with hiv will your body ALWAYS create antibodies no matter what or is there something which would cause ur immune system to not create them?

2) How do we know that almost everyone will create antibodies by 3-6 months and not longer?

3) Is a 3 month negative guarnteed 100% u dont and will not create any antibodies from that exposure or test postive later in life without any other exposures

In an adult, a positive HIV antibody test result means that the person is infected, a person with a negative or inconclusive result may be in the “window for 4 to 6 weeks but occasionally up to 3 months after HIV exposure. Persons at high risk who initially test negative should be retested 3 months after exposure to confirm results

but is there any scientfic evidence that a human will ALWAYS create antibodies, what if the immune system doesnt respond to the hiv infection that means they wouldn't produce any abs

The only reason a person may take longer than three months are those on Chemo, people taking antirejecftion drugs for organ transplants and chronic IV drug abusers. That is it.
