3rd generation IGG Antibody test

is a negative result at 9 weeks conclusive using 3rd generation IGG Antibody test. (not igg and igm) I see that the doctors on this forum says antibody tests are conclusive at 8 weeks, but he doesnt specifically say which antibody tests. http://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV---Prevention/what-is-the-window-period-for-hiv/show/1704700

do i need to take another test after 12 weeks or is this conclusive?
