4th gen Duo test: How often have you seen a 4th week negative result change?

I've been wondering how usual have you seen in your forum that a HIV 4th gen test negative result changes from 4th weeks to 6 weeks. I know that you haven't seen a change from 6 weeks to 3 months, but i've surfed through the posts and haven't seen this question before. I know the official guidelines, that state that conclusive results should be consider after 45 days and in other places says 3 months. But i just to know if "in the field" is a reality that a 4th week negative can probably change later, or if its a rare thing

4th generation Duo Test is conclusive, any time after 4 weeks of exposure. It doesn't change between 4th and 6th week. 3 months mark is only for Antibody tests of previous generation

For someone like you who had no risk in the first place and was never exposed to HIV, never. You would have had to be exposed to the virus in order to test positive. But since nothing you did put you at risk, then any test you take is going to be negative.
