If the "hospital test" was an HIV test, then it is conclusive. ANY test you take at 90 days and beyond will be conclusive. Time to move on from this event if you, in fact, had an HIV test.
A quick look I thik it will be prob 4th gen but there is a chance it is 3rd or pcr

I phoned the hospital to ask and they didnt know the answer
None of us would have ANY idea what a "hospital test" is. You would need to call them and ask.
As in if it's a 4th gen test or something else
