4th gen at 4 and 9 weeks and hospital test at around 14 weeks (more than 3 months)

4th gen came back good and hospital normal blood test as none detected.

All good? I can put this behind me and move on and out my flu down to a rogue virus?

If the "hospital test" was an HIV test, then it is conclusive.  ANY test you take at 90 days and beyond will be conclusive.  Time to move on from this event if you, in fact, had an HIV test.

None of us would have ANY idea what a "hospital test" is.  You would need to call them and ask.
