5 years Later???

I had un-protected anal intercourse (I was the top) with two different men once each about 5 years ago.  I do not know their STD status, it was at a party.  Since then I have been in a committed relationship with only one partner.  Recently I have had alarming symptoms and need some advice.  I seem to have mild dandruff, and light red patches on my cheeks, like razor burn, even when I don't shave.  My skin has always been very dry.  I have night sweats almost every-night but they are not copious amounts of sweat, I usually don't even notice it but my sheets are damp in the morning.  I also have frequent bowel movements, roughly three or four times a day, and they are never diarrhoea but still very soft.  Also with the bowel movments, not always, but somtimes I need to go right away and feel intense pressure if I try and hold it.  If I can not make it to a bathroom I will soil myself.

I have a history of panic disorder and am something of a hypochondriac.  I have convinced myself that I have all sorts of disease by reading about them online and then getting checked for them, and I have never had any real problems aside from overwhelming anxiety.  I currently think I have OCD but am not able to see a medical professional because I have no insurance.

Sorry about the length of this post but I am truly freaking out about the possibility that I might have HIV.

Are the symptoms I described signs of HIV?  Can there be signs years after exposure?  I intend to get tested but I thought some general advice would be helpful.

Thank you very much for your time,

-Geos

I agree with Chris, just go and get tested like you intend to. Just because you havent shown symptoms it doesnt put you in the clear, also, showing syptoms doesn't make you positive...

So in your opinion, the ailments I am describing are not HIV related?  You think I would have had more definite symptoms within a five year period?  Or do you think that I have not waited long enough for later HIV symptoms to develop?  Sorry, I am unclear as to what your two previous posts meant...

I am not thinking they are the early warning signs, uh is it ARS?  I am wondering if HIV has symptoms later.

It is almost impossible to take 5 years before any symptoms

1.) Not necceasrily, no symptom is a valid indicator of HIV as all occur in much more common conditions
2.) Yes, it can take years to show symptoms.
