A bit concerned

How much risk is a man who had more than one visit to a CSW - each and every time protected oral and vag, and two uprotected relationships with two older (40s - 50s) women, w/ oral and one short anal penetration.  This happened about a year and a half ago.  Would there be any signs of hiv?

By the way...I'm implying you should go get tested now, but  I highly doubt it will be positive based on your description of exposure.

HIV can cause an acute flu-like illness.

Your risk with the CSW was ZERO.  Don't give this another moments thought in regards to HIV.

The anal with the other women is a risk.  You say it was short, that makes it less risky than say extended anal sex, but it's still risky.

Personally, unless it was someone in a high risk group, I wouldn't give it another moments thought (1 in 1000 people in the general population have HIV), but you were sexually active without protection so you should be checking regularly anyways... Everyone active with multiple partners or with partners of unknown status should be checking at least once a year, probably more like twice a year is my opinion.
