A little anxious

just needed a little assurance iam a 20 year old male hetersexual living in the philippines
around the month of september 2010 i shaved my groin area to cut all our hairy stuff and after 2-3 hours i go to a massage parlor and had vaginal sex with  condom after the sex i experience weird mild pain on my groin area and had this little red spots within the week one became a pimple which i pop out since it is inconvenient and experience URTI and a single tongue sore, after some weeks later around december-jan i experience another tongue sore and mouth sore i drank a lot of different kinds of anti-biotics which now i know is bad, i got a check up with a EENT specialist doctor he said it was due to acid reflux, still iam worried in the last week of February i have like 3 tongue sore under my tongue which i believe is in the sublingual area well not only me my friend also had the same place of tongue sore, now march i experience tolerable pain that is occuring on my left buttocks radiating through down my left thigh but oftenly it disappear and last week some foul discharge came out of my belly button! and some red spots are still on my groin area i dont know if it is because of the shaving i've done last september,
iam overweight 5'8 feet height and 210lbs weight am i HIV positive is the risk and symptoms shows iam positive so far never experience fever and nightsweats would need help to get on with my life

you had no risk...THERFORE...your symptoms are NOT hiv related.

If you are sure that your condom did not fail, your sex was protected and you don't have HIV risk. Contact of vaginal fluids with your skin, outside her vagina does not put you at risk either.
