ARS - White dots on tongue

Had a one-time unprotected sex eposure with a female about 1 month ago. Haven't had any ARS symptoms. Got tested at 3 weeks which came out negative.

Does white bumps on your tongue considered a ARS symptom. My tongue does not look like oral thrush. They arent lesions or painful.

Any suggestions

Normal, stop looking at your tongue it becomes habit forming, then your mouth starts to hurt from looking at your tongue and saying 'AHH" all the time, then because your mouth hurts you think you have swollen lymph nodes under your jaw. Sorry

In reality, most people have white spots on their tongue, especially on the back. You would know it if you have thrush.

Bumps and white spots are caused due to dry oral condition derived from anxiety

Only white spots in the mouth is no way an ARS symptom

I've been brushing it all week. I think I've been brushing it too hard because there are some red dots too. I dont think I should be concerned about the red dots? Or should I?

How reliable would a antibody test (Dont know if its ELISA ) be at 5 weeks or 6 weeks? Should I be quite comfortable with my results at that point?

Im hoping my test results dont change from 3 weeks to 6 weeks.

Thanks

A test at the 6- 8 week and move on, it'll give you a reliable result !

Red dots are normal in ur tongue. White spot could be due to ur anxiety making ur mouth dry. U did have unprotected sex, but FTM transmission is low, so the odds are in ur favor, get tested at 8 weeks, and let us know.
