sex with sex worker

I was giving a sex worker oral sex and she got really wet, then I proceeded to have vaginal intercourse with her and after i was finished with ejaculating, I removed the condom from inside her and the condom was good it wasnt broken but her vaginal fluids got on the end of my penis, where the condom doesnt quite cover, near the base of my penis, and I cut myself near there while shaving the morning of the encounter. I was wondering if this exposure is a risk for HIV. Thank You.
