ARS after 6 weeks
I had a brief unprotected vaginal sex with a SW.... tested negative at 3 and a half weeks...at six weeks i had the following symptoms, Fever, Nightsweats, Small rash on wrist, swollen lymph nodes, coughing up mucus, very stuffy nose with green to yellow mucus (ALOT)most symptoms dissapeared after 6 days but my fever and swollen lymph nodes persist. Is this ARS? Whay would ARS occur after 4 weeks?
Do my symptoms indicate ARS though? Do you know why someone would develop these symptoms after 4 weeks?
ars comes at 2-4 weeks post exposure and last for 1-2 weeks.
symptoms dont diagnose hiv...a test at the appropriate time does.
3 months post exposure will give you a conclusive result
