under treatment of fatty liver hiv test at 95 days

dear sirs/madams,,

i m bikash 28 male from bangladesh.i had my last exposure on march 8, 2012. with a prostitute with unknown HIV status..  as my mind did not come to rest(assuming the lady to be HIV positive). i had a HIV antibody test on june 8 2012.(enhanced Cheiluminescence method) & ELISA test on 10 june 2012.(certainly at 3 months).. both came negative..i was quite happy for some time.

my point is during mid of april month  .i got slight pain in my left abdomen & got tested & found fatty liver.. . the doctor prescribed me ESTUCHOL 150 mg.. I was taking the medicine for 10 days... for my bad luck, i found in internet that  ESTUCHOL( probably Ursodeoxycholic Acid..)  has also been shown experimentally to suppress immune response such as immune cell phagocytosis.. also found that immunesuprssion drugs delay the window period by not  producing enough detectable antibodies........ my anxiety is in top now..

my queries are

1. has this ESTUCHOL medicine taken for 10 days(during window period) delayed  antibody production in my body..??

2. i was consuming alcohol since last 2 years almost daily. that why i had a fatty liver & during window period also under huge stress i was consuming alcohol(daily) till the test done on june 8 2012. whether 2 years alochol consumption could delay my antibody production. i found in internet that alcohol can also weaken the immunesystem resulting delay HIV antibody production & thus window period. please clarify whether this is true?

3.shall i go for another antibody test at 6 months or wait for more than 6 months or is my test conclusive ??

respected sirs/madam plz answer..

respected teak.

i have just read a thread in body .com what Dr Bob says that if u have a high risk activities, then 6 month test is warrented. another one is if you know that ur partner is HIV positive then 6 month test is warrented...oooppss... very confusing...........
so briefly
1. if you know the status of partner positive then window period 6 month
2. if u dont know the status of partner then 3 month is conclusive...

plz clarify........

how a person knows that risk is high or low..
or window period depends upon type of exposure????

I may be wrong or mis interpreting the facts. However I been to a forum in which 3 months negative has become positive later..I am not challenging ...you guys are doing a great job here..this is my doubt I am blaming this on my ignorance in this subject ..Now I am confused which test to do HIV DUO or PCR
