About rash

Hello

Hard to put in words, English is a problem for me, but I'll try

How the spot looks like:

- Red, not itching, 2-3mm in diameter. Disappears when pressed.
- Isolated spots, not grouped
- sometimes on hands, sometimes on legs, neer on chest, back, face, neck
- can feel it as a very small elevation
- no blister like

Could it be realted with hiv rash ?
