Accidental needle stick on road few years ago now im totally feared

Hello all thank you for your services, around 4.5 years ago i was stuck by a discarded needle (only needle no syringe was attached) on road, it was horizontally bend needle seemed like any havy vehicle went over the needle. The needle went through my slipper and prick me it was hardly 1-2 mm came out from the sleeper, immediately after that i remove the slipper and i saw a tinny blood drop on finger, when i removed the blood i couldn't find a spot on my finger. After the incident i immediately took tetanus shot and after i totally forget about the incident and moved on with my life and on July 2018 i also donated blood and i didn't receive any call regarding any positivity. Since the time i didn't have any mejor health issue very recently i was infected with COVID 19 whith very mild symptoms and i recovered But during the lockdown period i was going through bad depression and suddenly this thought popped up in my head that i didn't test and other health websites fueling this thought anything i search it leads to hiv infection yesterday i searched about my dandruff problem it was showing hiv is also a reason of dandruff, and now im extremely scared and I lost courage to test, please help me what should I do?

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (needle which is not a risk for hiv). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. Next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this question. Did I do any of the 3? Then after you say "Nope, I didn't" then it's time to move on back to your happy life.
Your health complaint is trivial since hundreds of millions of people who are negative - like you -have dandruff. Go back to your happy life.

Don't waste your time thinking about hiv. hiv prevention is straightforward, so what is the answer to my question above?

I will answer it for you. You didn't do any of the only 3 so you had no risk. There is no purpose in studying the millions of other things that can happen in your life to see if they can cause hiv infection, since there are only 3 that can.
Move on, and forget about this non-event because doctors can't diagnose from symptoms which is why no one here pays attention to them, so neither should you. Stop focusing on your dandruff and blowing it up into "hiv infection".
Thank you so much i wish your words are true.. god bless you.
Reread about "fragile" and "40" and you will say this because it isn't going to happen in the next 40 years of your life either.            " I know your words are true."
