The only risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing Iv drug needles. Air deactivates the virus and the nameplate pin would have been exposed to air. Therefore, this is not a risk at all.
This is not a risk. First of all, HIV does not survive outside the body. Secondly, there's no way there was any HIV blood on the pin in the first place, so that's completely irrelevant. Since you had no risk, there is no reason to test for HIV.
