Accidentally Poke by perdible

* I was on the restaurant yesterday, the waiter accidentally bump on me and poke me with  his nameplate safety pin/perdible in my arms,

* If theres a blood of hiv person in the safety pin and accidentally poke me, do i have a hiv risk?

The only risks for HIV are unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing Iv drug needles.  Air deactivates the virus and the nameplate pin would have been exposed to air. Therefore, this is not a risk at all.

This is not a risk. First of all, HIV does not survive outside the body. Secondly, there's no way there was any HIV blood on the pin in the first place, so that's completely irrelevant. Since you had no risk, there is no reason to test for HIV.
