Worried and cant shake it

Hello,

I got myself into a situation that I'm pretty upset about because I shouldn't have.

I met a guy randomly, outside...not my ideal place but i was intreagued. I was approached by this guy and was unsure at first. Basically, the only activity that took place was that he masturbated me for a while...nothing brutal, just the shaft mostly, dont remember him playing with my head with the foreskin pulled back for any great time. My concern is that first off I was stupid, I shouldn't have been there, it was dark and I couldnt see his hands to know whether he had any grazes or cuts or anything, when I got home I noticed no blood or anything down there but who knows...I know its a what if but I'm really worried about HIV among other STD's because I wasn't in my comfort zone and I don't know whether I have put myself at risk here....Is there any chance that im going to have contracted HIV from this because I am really panicking to the point of it consuming my day. I never used to be like this. I have looked through the threads but never anything about the receiver getting blood on their penis....the CDC seems a bit hit and miss about this point.

Any help would be so appreciated. Thanks

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

why would it not be a risk if their hands were bleeding teak? the special cells under the foreskin and in the tip of the urethra surely provide enough of a route? If i'm wrong then i'm wrong it just makes sense that it would be a risk
