Accurancy of Tri dot methody

I just want to ask how accurate is a Tri-Dot rapid test kit,im just from a local clinic for an HIV test and the result is negative, this test is 3months 4 weeks after finishing nPEP and 5 months after possible exposure.

My exposure was very high risk, unprotected viginal sex with an HIV positive  girl unknowingly.

i am failing to put my mind at rest, can this test be accurate and reliable.currently working in Afghanistan but im from Africa n the exposure was in Africa,

How reliable can be test done in Afghanistan, given the low rate of HIV prevalence in their country, how modern are they with HIV tests etc.

Just confused

It's conclusive. You don't need any further testing.

It's 3 months after you finish taking your nPEP. Not after the exposure.

i did this test 3 months 4 weeks after nPEP(after 3.8 MONTHS) which is way after 3 months,so does it mean its conclusive regardless of the test type i use and the reliability of the place i do the test in?
